Christmas Beetle Nails [Image Heavy Post]

I am in love with these nails.
I never want to change them EVER.
Okay, I will but I have a feeling I'll keep coming back to this!
Need more flakies!

My nails remind me of these little guys!
Read about them here.

This is the same as my last post, one coat of Orly Ridge Filler (also, notice this has removed the bubbles from my polish lately? It's another from "The Haul" - definitely a winner!) with 2 coats of Colour Club - After Hours, 1 coat of Seche Vite, One coat of Essie - Matte About You, with 2 coats of Inglot - 203, 1 coat of Seche Vite, Finally one coat of Essie - Matte About You in the last couple of photos. Phew!

Also, sorry about the picture quality, the sun ran away and had to shoot indoors and I have VERY shaky hands!

Mattified... whoa!

I loved this!!

For those of you in Aus (I'm not 100% sure about anywhere else) I saw Inglot was having a nail polish sale on friday - polishes for $5!!! Not sure if that includes the flakes (I didn't go in, was broke and knew I'd go mental) but run! Now!

Love,

So pretty! Fan of flakies here.
I love the shape of your nails, I find it so interesting how some nails grow straight (mine, tartofraises, manateemama) and others grow curved (yours, nailphile, evilangel, Diane of Paintedladynails)
I love my straight nails, but sometimes, I wish they were curved like yours. You really do have purdy nails!

Sooooo gorgeous ... mattified flakies are amazing! It must be to do with the matte changing how the particles reflect light ... or something :)

sarahloo - do it! You'll never look back!

gildedangel - thanks hun!

Jenny - its the diffused lighting effect that makes them wicked, i'm really glad it doesn't diminish the colour changey effect like it does with holos!

Scandalous - I wanted something awesome for this shoot tomorrow - if i end up going (rain!) i'll send you pics even if they're crap. If they're good i'll post them here! :)
Your accent is way cuter! I

If you do order more flakies, you should get an Nfu-Oh holo too. If you think the OMGs look good, just wait!
